The End is in Sight

Read this, and tell me America survives the next four years.
Talk me down off the wall.
America does not come out the other side of this four years a Representative Republic with a Constitutional basis. With this man in the Oval Office, and people just as radical running the House and Senate we are in for a wild socialist ride.
I know McCain is a neo-con, but he is no where close to Obama on this stuff. There's a good chance that getting a third party into position in four years won't even be an option.

Phil,
you've got to do what you think id=s right... but I warn you to take a similar look at McCain. He's thrown out habeus corpus, trampled the 4th amendment, supported and even spearheaded a movement for the government to nationalize private companies.

Fascism, my friend. That's McCain. The only benefit I can really see of one over the other is that at least McCain would put up a tiny bit of argument against the congress... though if history means anything... he won't.

I don't think he takes the courts down the same road. I realize that nowhere in the constitution can they legislate from the bench, but they do it anyway. He's said, and I can hope he will, appoint constitutionalists to the bench. That at least will give REAL hope for the future.

This all means we need to start now though on the third party in 2012.

I ammend my prediction of the future. I think (if Obama get 8 years) we are headed down the road to a judicial monarchy.
